Ensure you receive our emails

Spam filters are never perfect and a lot of times, it's far from that, so that means legitimate emails are being classified as spam and they either end up in your bulk/spam folder or never get delivered. To prevent this from happening and ensure that you always receive our emails, you can simply add us to your address book, white list or safe senders list. To do this, all you need to do is add our email, info@dailydealzone.com, to one of these lists by following the instructions that correspond to your email client.

Gmail

In Gmail, log into your email account and follow these steps to add us to your safe list. This ensures that you never miss out on any of our emails!

1. On the main screen, select the "Contacts" option in the left hand navigation menu.
2. On the contacts page, select the Add Contact button on the top left
3. On the form that appears, enter our name, DailyDealZone, our email address info@dailydealzone.com and select "Save" at the top.
4. A confirmation will appear at the top saying that the contact has been added.

Once you see our email listed in your personal address book, it means that we've been white listed, and will help ensure that you continue to receive our deals straight to your inbox.

Yahoo! Mail

In Yahoo! Mail, log into your email account and follow these steps to add us to your address book. This ensures that you never miss out on any of our emails!

1. On the main screen, select the "Add" link next to the Contacts item, on the left hand side of the page.
2. A form will appear in the middle of the screen. On this form, enter our name, DailyDealZone and our email address info@dailydealzone.com and select "Save"

Once you see a confirmation appear showing that the email address has been added to your Contacts list, it means that we've been white listed and will help ensure that you continue to receive our deals straight to your inbox.

Hotmail / Windows Live

In Hotmail or Windows Live, log into your email account and follow these steps to add us to your safe list. This ensures that you never miss out on any deals!

1. On the main screen, select the "Options" drop down near the top right, and select "More Options"
2. Under the heading "Junk e-mail", select "Safe and blocked senders"
3. Then, Select "Safe Senders"
4. On this page, enter our email address, info@dailydealzone.com, into the box below "Sender or domain to mark as safe". Once entered, select "Add to List"

Once you see our email under "Safe senders and domains", it means that we've been white listed, and will help ensure that you continue to receive our emails straight to your inbox.

Shaw Webmail!

In Webmail for Shaw, log into your email account and follow these steps to add us to your safe list and to ensure that our emails are not automatically deleted. This ensures that you never miss out on any of our emails!

1. On the main screen, select the "Address Book" tab at the top.
2. This page will list any/all of your contacts within your address book. On this page, at the bottom, enter our name, DailyDealZone, our email address info@dailydealzone.com
3. Then, Select "Add Contact"

Once you see our email listed in your personal address book, it means that we've been white listed, and will help ensure that you continue to receive our deals straight to your inbox.

How to Disable Shaw's Automatic Spam Deletion Filter

Shaw has the practice of deleting any message that appears to have spam-like qualities, even if you've asked to receive them. With this turned on, emails can be deleted automatically without ever been seen. To disable this automatic filter, please follow these steps:

1. On the main screen, select "Settings"
2. Then, select the "Spam Filter" link
3. On this page, you have the ability to adjust your spam filter settings. Select "Disable Junk Email Filtering" so no emails are blocked or deleted automatically.
4. Press the Save Button

Once these steps have been followed, no emails will be automatically flagged or deleted by Shaw.

Microsoft Outlook

Open your Microsoft Outlook program, and follow these steps to add us to your safe list. This ensures that you never miss out on any of our emails!

1. From the menu, select Tools > Options
2. On this screen, in the Preferences tab, select the "Junk E-Mail" button.
3. At the top of this window, select the tab "Safe Senders", and push the "Add" Button
4. In this window, enter our email address, info@dailydealzone.com, into the box and then press "OK".

Once you see our email listed in your Safe Senders List, it means that we've been white listed, and will help ensure that you continue to receive our deals straight to your inbox.
